WE HAVE SOME RULES TO MAKE OUR PARK THE BEST MUD PARK EVER!

PARK RULES

Welcome to Redneck Yacht Club your premier off-road destination for all ages and for all types of off-road vehicles! We are thrilled to have you here and we hope you have a fun and memorable time with us. We take the safety of our guests very seriously, however, to ensure the safety of everyone, we kindly ask you to abide by the following rules and regulations:

You MUST have a state-issued photo identification with you to enter the park. No exceptions!

All guests must sign a waiver before entering the park, regardless of whether they are riding or accompanying a rider.

All riders under the age of 18 must have parents or legal guardians sign the minor’s consent form and be supervised by their parent or adult guardian at all times. See our Waivers page for more information.

All riding is at your own risk.

Only SXSs, ATVs, and golf carts can drive around at night. Trucks, buggies, and any other large off-road vehicle cannot drive between 7pm and 7am.

No Glass.

No Firearms.

No fireworks.

No illegal drugs are permitted.

All vehicles must remain within the boundaries of the park and avoid all restricted areas such as; potatoes fields and 74MX at the RKC.

No donuts, reckless driving, excessive speed, and any other actions that pose a threat to others. Any of these actions are grounds for immediate removal and permanent ban.

No Fighting, this is grounds for immediate removal and permanent ban.

All operators are recommended to wear proper restraints while driving or riding.   All manufacturer’s safety recommendations must be followed.

Safety equipment is recommended for all riders. Riders 15 and under must wear a helmet.

No Drinking and Driving. All state alcohol laws apply.

No Underage Drinking. All state alcohol laws apply.

ALL side by sides and ATVs MUST have a safety flag pole for day AND either lights or a glow whip for night.

No 2WD Chain-Driven Sport Quads Allowed.

No three wheelers, dirt bikes and motorcycles.

Leave wildlife alone. If you are caught messing with any wildlife. FWC will be notified and you will be permanently banned from the park.

Campfires must be kept in designated camping areas and must be attended at all times.

Burning of pallets or tires is not allowed. We comply with all county-ordered burn bans.

DO NOT drive through campsites unless to get to your camp: Don't drive through other people's campsites, even if it's a shortcut.

Wristbands must be worn throughout your entire stay at the park. Anyone found without a wristband will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Broken wristbands can be replaced at front gate with proper ID.

Dogs

Your cooperation and responsible pet ownership are crucial to making this a success. However, if this trial doesn't work out in the best interest of the park or our guests, we may have to reconsider allowing dogs on the property in the future. If you’re unsure how your dog may react in a public off-road environment, please refrain from bringing them. Dogs must remain inside your off-road vehicle in all riding areas, and they must have updated shot records, a signed dog waiver, and be on a leash under your control at all times. They should be friendly with both people and other dogs. While we suggest keeping your dog at your campsite, we understand they may enjoy the adventure as much as you. However, please keep in mind that not everyone is a dog lover (hard to believe, right?), so be respectful of those who aren’t. Dogs should not be walking among the public, even when on a leash. And, of course, please make sure to pick up after them.

By following these rules, we can ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and have a great time at Redneck Yacht Club!

ABSOLUTELY NO DRONES ALLOWED PER ORDERS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY EMS!

**NOTICE**
As of January 1, 2019, we NO LONGER ALLOW Sport Quad vehicles to participate in our events.

A Sport Quad is defined as a 2 Wheel Drive  ATV that was designed to go fast rather than in the mud.
